This additive is a high-efficiency and high-temperature dispersant (anion).
The function of this additive: (Dosage: 0.5-2.0%)
● High-temperature stable dispersion leveling agent, suitable for various dyeing machines, recommended for cheese yarn dyeing.
● Unparalleled dispersion efficiency, acting on the entire dyeing process.
● It is suitable for polyester dyeing HW/SHW series dyes, and it is also suitable for other disperse dyes.
● It can prevent the filtration phenomenon of cheese yarn dyeing and avoid the difference between the inner and outer layers.
● There is no reduction reaction for disperse dyes, so it can be used for dye dissolution and dyeing.
● It can improve the abnormal problems caused by the high temperature agglutination phenomenon of disperse dyes.

The dye dispersion stability is not consistent and stable over the entire temperature range. Generally speaking, disperse dyes tend to agglutinate and become larger when they are between 95 and 120℃, which causes the flow pressure to increase and the flow through volume to decrease. This phenomenon begins to decrease again when they are above 120℃.
